Plans drawn by PMHI Drafting Dept. range from revisions of our Standard Plans to a total Custom Plan for you. Plans are prepared in accordance with the Uniform Building Code (UBC), and local requirements obtained from information provided by the client.

2.Building Plan Engineering Service:

Structural analysis of the building structure pursuant to UBC guidelines for wind loads, snow loads, and seismic concerns.

3. Building Material Cost Estimate/Quote Service:

Computer analysis of the building project, including plans and specifications. Detailed specifications are provided with all quotes.

4. Construction Cost Estimate (CCE) Service:

Computer analysis of the building project including estimated cost savings for Owner/Contractors and Owner/Builders. A printed summary of the estimate is provided.

5. Loan Qualification Estimate (LQE) Service:

Computer analysis of the building project and owners finances is provided. Financing options are also provided based on the owner's qualifications.
